He also completed a six-year residency-training program in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the UT Health Science Center, with heavy emphasis on dental implants, facial trauma and reconstruction, corrective jaw surgery and management of TMJ disorders. After earning his medical degree (MD), and to complement his interest in bone structure and musculature of the face, Dr. Hanna was chosen for fellowship training in facial cosmetic surgery in Los Angeles, California.
